They don’t know how to lead a team. - everyone outside the c-suite are HIGHLY underpaid, and if you’re a women looking to succeed, good luck getting a fair wage, promotion, or any respect from leadership. It’s a dotcom bro atmosphere to the max. - good luck trying to figure out your job when hired. It’ll change every few weeks and no one will pay you more for doing a good job -HR manager left and now HR is externally managed… which is always a great sign 🙄
