      1. There is not exposure to any technologies. 2. They do not believe in learning techstacks, they believe in manual work. 3. They do not provide work life balance. They say no to carry laptop at home, but expect to work from 9 AM to 8 PM from the office. 4. It's not a commercial office, it is in residential area which is very quiet and not very safe for female employees. 5. There is no structure in the organization and no proper facility in the basic need as well.
