4yThank you for sharing your perspective. We couldn’t agree more that our people are what make Diligent so special. It is why we are so sorry to hear your feedback and that you haven’t felt supported in your role.
We take seriously the concerns you have raised, many of which we have already been actively working to address. For example, we appreciate how fast-paced of an organization Diligent can be as a rapidly growing company, which is why we strive to promote work-life balance in a number of ways. Most recently, we began offering all of our employees two additional weeks of PTO to unplug and recharge. To your point about compensation, we do regularly evaluate our policies and programs to ensure they are competitive in the markets where we operate.
We will take your feedback onboard, as listening to the perspectives of our employees is our foremost priority. We would also like to understand how we can better help you.
