For example, we appreciate how fast-paced of an organization Diligent can be as a rapidly growing company, which is why we strive to promote work-life balance in a number of ways. Most recently, we began offering all of our employees two additional weeks of PTO to unplug and recharge. To your point about compensation, we do regularly evaluate our policies and programs to ensure they are competitive in the markets where we operate.
