I love the work/life balance, and being able to work flexible hours does improve my quality of life while ensuring that the works get done and is put in. The systems and processes are well structured and I love how media buyers get to make their decisions based on their experience with the accounts they manage, they have full control, and support is offered from the team whether it be suggestions, opinions or advice in multiple forms and scenarios.

Not many cons that I can think of. Time management from a personal point of view is important and working remotely you do have to stay on top of managing yourself.

I've been working in DimNiko Agency for almost 2 years and I really love the environment that has been built in the company. Though we're all working remote, you get a feeling that you're part of a great team from the first days. Everything is very well organized, you always know your schedule for the week so you can plan your working days accordingly. The company offers paid leave days and other cool benefits as monthly awards and yearly retreats. It's a great pleasure working in DimNiko Agency!
