I’ve worked for Dimensions for many years. Working with the people we support is genuinely the best part. They’re all great individuals. To do well here, you need to have a heart for them and be able to put yourself in their shoes. If you care, it’s a really rewarding job.I'm happy to include my name. - Shifts can be long and physically demanding, but that’s care work - Pay is okay for the sector but could be higher with cost of living
