Seriously lacks diversity. The Board of Directors, C level, almost all head of department roles and most other roles are filled by non-diverse men. Some of those men form an "old boys club". No confidence in top level leaders. Changes at the top during the last 12 months but the wrong changes. Managers rarely spend time with staff (no 1 to 1 meetings etc). Quarterly reviews, if they happen at all, just to get a bonus figure. No career planning or support just random training offered to tick boxes. Working from home has just been introduced and at a maximum of 12 days PER YEAR. 1-2 days a week in other companies Dublin office is oversubscribed. 5 staff to 4 desks if not more in some parts. Possible fire hazard. HR inexperienced. No leadership, no processes and rules aren't applied consistently.
