I think there's a lot of things to like about Ding. It rewards the best people, and promotes quickly when people do well. It's a relatively small company, which means there isn't the red tape you'll see in other companies, and they tend to make decisions quickly and you can see impact instantly a lot of the time. Ding 's purpose is really it's best asset though, there's great satisfaction in connecting people across borders when they can no longer see them in person. I really buy into what Ding does, and it follows through with a lot of good will they do when their customers are in times of need. You don't see that in many other companies.
Minpunten
As things tend to move quite quickly, it means the strategy and priorities can change. The business is also quite complex, and can take time to understand all the moving parts that are needed for the business to run.
