Pluspunten
I’ve been with Ding for about six months now, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience. The culture is young, friendly and inclusive. People are approachable, and there’s a real sense of collaboration across teams. The hybrid working model (three days in the office, two home) has the balance between flexibility and team connection. There’s also flexible working hours, which is a big plus. Ding offers a strong benefits package, including a competitive salary, gym, and regular wellbeing initiatives. The dedicated People Team puts effort into organising team building activities and seasonal events like summer parties/social gatherings, in office meetings which help foster a strong sense of community. One of the highlights is the in-office experience. On Tuesdays to Thursdays, there is an on-site barista serving fresh coffee to the team, along with catered breakfasts like overnight oats, yoghurts, granola and sausage rolls. These little touches add a lot to the overall experience. Office is immaculate and really well run. Leadership is transparent, approachable and genuinely invested in employee development. There’s a clear focus on people, and that really comes through day to day. If you’re looking for a company with good values, great perks and a positive, energetic environment, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ding.
