You're encouraged to continue your education and learn 3. There are great benefits 4. No micromanagement — we have a very empowered work style 5. Wonderful people! P.S. I am definitely not in management, this is a real review.

1. I wouldn't recommend commuting, but the area is beautiful and a quick drive into DC without traffic. 2. Like any marketing agency, there's a lot of work to do and a fast-paced environment. To be constantly busy can either be a con or a pro. 4. There's also the issue of being a small company where people wear a lot of hats. 5. The final con would be that growing pains are inevitable, and there are times of change.
