This company is doomed!!! The CEO, Matthew E. Oakes, is a no-nothing, no-talent, no-class sexist jerk who clawed his way to the top and has rigged the board to stay in his position. The best thing I could say about the CEO is that he rarely shows up for work (golfs all the time or goes on "business trips" where nothing ever seems to happen). As long as the CEO is running the show, the company doesn't stand a chance. He won't allow the proper investments in the product, he doesn't care enough about customer service, he treats his employees as disposable assets (just look at the work space!), he never thinks long-term, he meddles in stuff he isn't qualified in (marketing, customer support, development), and he has a CFO that is too scared to stand up to him. The board should be ashamed of themselves (or worse!) for allowing this to continue. Any good employees that remain are eager to get out, so be mindful of that if you are impressed by anyone you meet during an interview.
