I have been here for several years and the two things I have to say are personal and about the company. It's a sales organization so when you sell you make more, in addition, my salary has increased every year and not just my commissions. DLD builds great websites and performs very successful SEO campaigns so it's pretty easy to sell against poorly run digital marketing agencies. As for the company itself, when we get to work on so many amazing custom projects, when we have access to amazing and brilliant designers, developers and SEO specialists it really gives an opportunity to learn how the digital marketing space works and to become and expert myself.

No company is perfect of course there are issues but they tend to be small growing pains for a business that is rapidly expanding both in locations and staff.

I looked hard but couldn't find any

I wanted to stay positive and think it was temporary but from the day I started till the day I left, there was growing chaos, burning fires, poor communication and no respect from management whatsoever. The U.S. offices consist primarily of a few Project Managers and an army of Sales Reps. There was literally no HR, no marketing, no accounting, no finance who would run the business as they should. As a Project Manager, I was overworked with my job responsibilities growing weekly and dozens of odd tasks thrown on my plate. Add to this arrogance of the senior leadership, multiple unexpected fires and no surprise even the brightest of the employees started to feel burned out with no light inside. To summarize and keep it short, I would not recommend anyone to work for this company or trust any positive reviews left here.
