      Senior management need a wake up call Shocking communication relating to Doncaster office closure No redundancy support No wellbeing or mental health support (there’s a thinly veiled wellbeing room that if you use your pay is docked per minute) Minimum wage +commission Management quite happy to make the lives of sales reps a misery and reduce them to tears when systems don’t work. FIX YOUR OWN INFRASTRUCTURE. Excepted to juggle multiple products - at one point I managed 8 brands over travel pet and home insurance.
