With regards to pay reviews, we executed a blanket approach the previous 2 years to support our colleagues with inflation and rising cost of living. When we haven't run a blanket approach, our annual pay review process has always been centralised - with input from our Reward team - which ensures pay award is fair and competitive with the external market. We also offer a competitive benefits package which includes a 9% employer contribution pension, 50% off insurance and free breakdown cover, and holidays which start at 22 days and goes up to 30 days (depending on your role or service).
