It's a close knit group of employees with a short tier of management, so you have a really great relationship with your colleagues and manager. The owner is a great guy and truly cares about his employees and his customers. The monthly bonuses are based on your sales performance which, I would say, are not difficult to meet. I am very satisfied with my pay and benefits. The owner really sees his employees potential and compensates them accordingly.
