unfortunately there is very little point in working here if you want to build a career. although there is room for progression the company itself wont replace anyone if they can put the extra work onto someone else, untrained with no extra pay. Very little training for the job itself and nonexistent support makes working here hard, especially as management will operate in a bullying manner. They've recently taken on questionable campaigns which is such a shame as 12 months ago the business was functioning but unfortunately most of the previous management and staff have left the company now due to failing standards

If you have an idea and the drive to make it work everyone from director level down will listen and support you which is rare to find in a lot of businesses. If you work hard you'll advance quickly.

Sometimes the Directors can take a while to catch up with staffing requirements due to the fast growth of the business.
