Advocates begin with a tailored training program, learning what it means to be a DirectPath Advocate, how to use our customized case management platform and systems, and stay current on healthcare industry regulations and changes that may impact service delivery or the member experience. Our Advocates are trained and prepared on consistent and repeatable processes, and ready to help members get the most from their benefit programs. We are constantly evolving our training platform to keep current with the trends of the industry, and to best support our employees and help them be successful in their jobs. We are sorry that your experience wasn’t as positive as we would have liked.
Additionally, frequent communication from the management team is important so we hold open communication meetings with our executive team and gather feedback after CEO-led quarterly company meetings. The management team continues to maintain an open door policy, as we value our employees and strive for an open, honest two-way communication culture at DirectPath.
