Competitive pay and mostly stress free work place. There are some really good people who have been working for DLI for a LONG time. You can make your living here but be ready to put up with some s***.

Beyond decent pay that’s where the benefits end. No Christmas bonus, no parties, awful insurance and awful Human Resources. Get your pay but know that that’s all. You are a number to top management and you have no name. Apparently this company used to not be this way before corporate took over.
