Minpunten
Company has changed a lot over the last 2 years. They increased hiring in 2024 after the funding and next year, had to cutdown. Slow career growth, unless you have a good manager. Culture of favouritism in Mumbai office, too much work is allocated if you are hard working, even for weekends. Whereas certain female employees are rewarded and get promoted every year without doing much work, because of direct reach and personal meetings with top management.
