Oh and if you complain about the sexism you'll just get made fun of behind your back and deemed a nagging feminist by all the men who work there. This doesn't even touch on the racist and homophobic remarks made regularly by the executives either. You should ask about their lawsuits. They have tons of them! Distractify is a company that has no idea what it wants to be and depends on its lower level staff to come up with their brand and vision. They blame their inconsistency and lack of vision as "lol start up problems!" but I think that the company is just a group of rich white men who happened to find their way into the company at the right time but no one here actually has any experience in writing, editing, or publishing. NO ONE. Except some of the lower level employees they treat like garbage and don't respect.
