Executive team can not manage, much less lead. Combination of arrogance and ignorance has created a toxic culture with no accountability. Executives often flat out lie to employees, but insist (and believe) they've done nothing wrong . Many people have left, leaving company bereft of skills and lots of work for those remaining. Despite being in market with 5%+ CAGR, company shrank in 2017. Bain has imposed many programs in an effort to transform company, decision making is paralyzed and chaos reigns supreme.
