Do not expect to have your hand held through every step of every day; they rely on individuals to be self-motivated rather than micromanaged. Hard to leave an anonymous review on Glassdoor; because it's a small company, it's easy to see when one disgruntled former employee leaves multiple reviews in an effort to skew ratings.
