At DocGo, I feel like I'm contributing to something meaningful. The company has a real focus on mission -- to bring care to people wherever they're located and help keep people healthy at home instead of in the hospital. I'm working to improve the care patients get and this work keeps me motivated. That, and the paycheck, of course.

I work in the field - the work I am doing is important. Since I'm almost never at our headquarters, I feel less connected to things that are happening in other areas of the company.
