Now you also work on Sunday (not optional). They push you to work extra hours. They change the target very often, so you have to work very hard to reach it. Transparency is not their strong point. No bonuses. Sometimes you get vouchers (5 euro/voucher/meal in the canteen or 30 euro/voucher for Christmas). Minimum wage salary in Netherlands.
