- A few really great and capable colleagues. - Salary is decent. - The work itself is mostly interesting and challenging.

Minpunten

- Leadership is still struggling to define a clear direction. The CEO is only interested in building a personal brand around sustainability—yet his actions don’t reflect it. Instead, he and his inner circle regularly attend greenwashing conferences for "sales opportunities" where finance executives play the role of “climate saviors” without implementing any meaningful sustainability initiatives at a personal or company level. - Product positioning remains unclear, and there hasn’t been any real innovation in the past two years. - Ongoing layoffs make it feel like leadership lacks a solid plan, creating constant uncertainty and affecting employees’ sense of security. - We’re repeatedly told that the company is burning through cash faster than it’s making it, yet there’s no clear strategy or transparent budgeting to address this. - The return-to-office policy was rolled out with little consideration for employee feedback, despite the office atmosphere being tense and uninspiring. - Due to restructuring, the team is stretched far too thin. We’re either on the verge of burnout or completely disillusioned by the work environment and lack of stability.

* Worst management ever - never listened to what needed to be done and never trusted me 100% to negotiate and eliminate unnecessary expenses. * Fake Managers - Some managers /C-levels always thought they were better than you and didn't care about your opinions or solutions to cut expenses. * Weird leadership - On every company update the CEO always talked so highly about everything but never that the company was on the verge of its downfall. It's easy to read between the lines. * Layoffs - Back in 2023 we had over 100 employees then at the end of 2024 they laid off more than 60% and throughout the 1 year, they laid off employees 3 times in a year.
