You need to be an experienced sales rep

I love working for Docs Med Notes. I’ve been with them for a few years and it’s one of my top 5 best places to work. The CEO is very smart. I like that she has experience doing everyone’s position - from the sales rep, to the biller, to software designer, to the transcriptionist. She’s pretty impressive and motivates me to do my job well.

The support service techs can’t sell the software or services like the reps. I have a lot of product knowledge for all of their services however I can’t work both positions. I’d have to leave this to apply for the rep position which is a bummer cuz I like job safety and that’s what this position gives me.
