The team spirit among colleagues was always good and there were many friendly and helpful employees. The opportunity to work from home from time to time or in the office (hybrid work) offers a certain degree of flexibility, which is positive. The poor communication and micromanagement by superiors are very disappointing. Many good employees with whom I worked well are no longer with the company, which indicates poor employee retention.
