Nice location Downtown! You can take walks along the river and eat wonderful food every day. Despite horrific management and a few bad apples, many of worker bees are great people. You can gain experience working in the medical software industry.

Cultish atmosphere where you are forced to embrace "the way things are" and never attempt to change things for the better Management has no respect for employees. They don't seem to grasp the concept that their employees need to work to make a living. They seem to carelessly hire and fire people based on the mood of the hour. Your job is only safe if you fall in line, keep your head down, and do what you're told and nothing more. Despite being touted as a family oriented company, most positions will require more than the standard 40 hour work week, You will need to answer your phone and be available to do work any hour of any day. If you fail to do so, you'll never get anywhere, or be forced out the door. Mistakes don't seem to be tolerated well. Absolute perfection is expected. Though, management does nothing to help with this cause. The wrong people often get blamed for problems caused by whoever the special management "Golden Child" is that given day. As another writer implied, nepotism is a way of life at Docutap. All of this is simply my opinion based on what I've seen. Feel free to see for yourself though.
