No matter what project you are on, there will always be support if you required and managers take note to personal wellbeing, pushing you to become a better electrician and person in general. There is always a wide range of project in progress, so no two job will be the same, so you are always learning and developing your own skills.

Minpunten

Pay is on the lower side of the scale but still competitive to rival companies. Work van are not provided to mature apprentice and we drive a lot of miles

I’ve been in the job for about 8 months and it’s a busy environment with lots to learn. The team is down to earth and friendly and while the job always keeps you on your toes people go out of their way to support you. There are lots of opportunities to try new things and meet new people from different walks of life. One of the most encouraging things is seeing that there are lots of extra training opportunities like NVQ’s, and they’re not just available to younger staff.

It was an intense start in the the beginning and took some time to find my feet. I’m feeling a lot more confident but there is still more to learn as I’m only early into the job
