1yWe're proud to have the most talented team in the industry. As a frame of reference, historically about 20% of the company receives a promotion of some kind each year. This represents solid progression opportunity for a company of our size, but as you can imagine, these opportunities are competitive. We greatly appreciate our team members and want to help them grow and achieve their career goals - and while of course we'd love to retain every talented team member, we also want to support them, even when it sometimes means its time for a new challenge outside of DoiT.
DoiT has shifted our business model to ensure that our DoiT Essentials customers have access to GenAI support (built an foundation of years of service experience derived from the expertise of our Cloud Architecture and Engineering team) as well as the full suite of FinOps Intelligence offerings - all at no cost. All DoiT customers also have the opportunity to upgrade to more advanced service tiers at the Enhanced and Enterprise level, including access to greater product functionality as well as direct support and advisory services from our Client Services team members, which is necessary as part of ensuring we are providing a stellar experience at every service level while also running our business efficiently.
