Minpunten
Honestly, working at Dojo is mad and not in a good way. It’s a company that’s all over the place, tons of drama, politics and it always feels like you have to watch your back. The whole “inclusive culture” thing? Pretty much for show. It felt more like a club than a company. Drinking for work meetings is considered management. Management are not interested in helping out, just appearances, to cover up whatever is going wrong. The founders? It’s like they are on a different planet and that leads to some really toxic managers take charge. Loads of people quit or check out quietly, especially anyone actually trying to do their job. While the ones sticking to the script hang on because no right minded company will hire them. It definitely isn’t worth the headache. The perks are bare minimum, just your standard pension, forget about bonuses or any stake in the business. If you care about your mental health or want a place that treats people right, look elsewhere. Much better places out there where you don’t have to worry about this kind of nonsense.
