Not my best experience - werkgeversreview International Logistics Specialist bij Dollarcity

I spent almost 5 years of my life in there trying to validate my work and finally got my promotion, not enough though. The salaries are not bad but not good and additionally you need to get to the office everyday. HR processes are too burocratic and because of this you might have to deal with not very professional ppl. Additionally, as a latin company, there's a lot of men supremacy mindset, if you are a woman you need to proof your value twice. Your work too many extra hours (not paid) and spend to much time in traffic.
