The starting wages offered are decent. The client that I was set up to work with was a great place to work.

During my year long employment at this company, they failed to deposit my check on time on multiple occasions without any reason given. At one point during the year, they refused to pay overtime wages, which I had to fight to eventually recover. The only communication I had with the company was when they failed to deposit my check, and they were difficult to get in touch with. There were two occasions when they did not deposit my check, but wired me my missing funds, resulting in not receiving a pay stub. This, of course, resulted in an inaccurate W2 a the end of the year. The last time they blundered my pay check, a senior manager there told me he would offer me a raise or a different position within the company. When I followed up with this statement a month later, I got nothing but the runaround. I asked for a raise after 9 months, and they added extra overtime hours to my check to keep me quiet. When I put in my two week notice, payroll withheld my check, stating that I owe them money for the extra hours.

No pros at all, I do not recommend working with this company unless you have the time of your life to get payed for your services.

Late payments, lack of communication.
