Open communication, focus on employee development and a pretty agile organisation considering its size. A leader in the business the image of the company was drastically refreshed while I was there (1995-2008).
Minpunten
It's a declining industry sector in North America and apparently they will go under a lot of change in the near future. The rirement of the 10+ year CEO, R. Royer could creat some anxiety in middle management and could result in many departures.
