Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are not used to receiving one star reviews so we are not happy that your experience working at Dontech was unsatisfactory for you, and that in your case, we failed somewhere along the line.
Since you left, we have made the decision to accrue PTO on a biweekly basis, and that change is set for roll out for all employees in the month of August. We commit to reviewing market competitiveness related to all of our benefit offerings, including PTO, on a regular basis. In the past, including your tenure, we quoted the monthly accrual as 9.5 hours per month for a new hire in your role, and that does equate to 14.25 days per year at the start of employment. It is a rolling accrual beginning upon hire and is not tied to the calendar year. We will accelerate the accrual with the upcoming change to a biweekly accrual from a monthly one. We regret any misunderstanding related to our PTO accrual.
