* Little to know sense of clear purpose and direction for the company, even for a start-up culture. Expect confusion. * Chicago-based editorial department determines what content is created in the LA video office and has little-to-no experience in digital video or film. Creativity will be limited. * Resources are limited, few editors, no shooters, no studio space on site. Expect to work regular OT at night and on weekends with no additional compensation. * Zero opportunities for career growth. HR is vague about this even from the beginning. * Management is erratic, unpredictable and condescending.
