Let me start off by saying their overall idea of working is great, it’s a great environment, if you are an early bird and can stay out from 8 am to 8 pm this is the job for you. Aside from that the experience was bad. They tell you that you get a base Pay aside from the sales and then don’t pay you at all. When you’re at the office you’re there for a good 4-5 hours standing, then when you leave you’re out on whatever corner in your city for another 7 hours standing. When you go into the field it’s very exhausting especially when you do this back to back everyday. They don’t even correctly pay you, or pay you at all. I along with several other employees weren’t properly paid and that’s wrong. Especially when you’ve been with them for a while. Also favoritism isn’t a thing in the office, but when they have their meetings they definitely target specific people and group them together and throw them out in the field based on your work ethic. For ex: if you are mediocre at the job they will put you out in the field with other mediocre people and won’t group you with people who are doing great so you’re not really getting much out of your day.
