They just have some amazing project where you can learn and show your creative side where you are encouraged to try new technologies and offer something new. Really happy about the team environment I experienced here

      They have pretty big projects. Big Clients. Diverse Projects. Will have a great impact on your Career. They Polish your skills as well as put you on Project to test them.

      Pay is a little less than what I expected. Other Benefits are only when you stick around for longers, which is with most of the companies.

      They have a great mentorship program to help young developers like me understand the culture and requirements of this industry and help us achieve great heights. They have great connections with Forturne 100 companies and I was placed in one of them fairly quickly.

      Big name clients have a strict work culture and great quality of work which might lead to spending long hours to keep up with it initially. But as you get better, things get better and you end up a better professional on the other side.
