Minpunten
- Pay (at the time I worked there) was not reflective of the market rate and there was an unfair bonus system in place. - Annual leave allowances were too low. - Staff morale was at times quite low and much can be done to improve trust between management and those on the ground delivering the service. - Some staff were expected to travel much more than others and at times, your commitment to the job was called upon and taken advantage of more than others.
