      Pluspunten

      Many of my coworkers are ex investment bankers and while we do work hard at Pepsico, the workload is not near what you would expect from PE of Investment Banking. The exit offers are extremely fruitful at 2,5 and 10 years.

      Minpunten

      At the moment, one could argue the lack of locations available for Finance individuals. However, remote work may be shifting this.

      Good place to work if you want lots of overtime. You’ll be working a lot if you work nights and you don’t go home until the last truck is finished.

      Minpunten

      A lot of favoritism goes on with this place. They promise you a lot but it never happens.
