Pluspunten
-remote culture. -Unlimited PTO. -professional and personal development stipend yearly
Minpunten
-low pay in comparison to the market (received a LOW raise after one year and from then it was a sign for me to look elsewhere, they do not appreciate CSMs enough) -change in upper management leading to SEVERE micromanagement. (Which has severely hurt the CS team overall within the last year) -lack of diversity (during our all hands meeting, I can count on one hand how “diverse” the company is) -what makes things so terrible here is when there is a new hire in upper management & instead of them getting to know the team around OUR schedules, they expect CSMs to work around theirs. How many ice breakers and get to know me games are we going to complete (just to get to know you!? We already know each other) while we have other important things to do like replying to emails, meeting with customers, etc. if you show any indication that you’re not a fan of this, you will see repercussions. Even if you have a full book of meetings all day, you will be subjected to a pointless pod meeting where you’re spending time playing ice breaker games with your team. As several others have stated, they are big fans of PiPs and no matter what you are set to fail. Things took a drastic turn for Drata in 2023 and NOT for the best. It’s really sad because at one point, despite the workload, it was a great place to work. In 2024 I would be weary of joining this company, especially if joining the CSM team. The team works hard but due to new management.. they’re basically set you up to fail. If given an offer I wouldn’t accept unless the max salary was offered.. and even then.. I would continue interviewing with better companies. Reach out to former employees and listen to these reviews.
