You get to work with some of the top talent in animation who are very smart and creative. Great work environment. Good training for artists as well as production staff. They have many projects going so there is usually more job security than at studios that are project based.
Minpunten
Advancement can be slow particularly in production management. They tend to keep people at the same job title for long periods of time. Unless you are a rising star and have a mentor that is pushing for you.
