Pluspunten
The work culture is amazing! People love to site to your ideas and share and it is a very creative and helpful environment. As a Technical Director, we received a lot of freedom in projects we wanted to work on or initiatives we wanted to take. Great perks, good mentorship and hierarchy feels pretty flat, so even when you join you are given a great amount of responsibility and importance and are taken very seriously.
Minpunten
Not the best option for people in tech in the long run. Sometimes work/life balance can get thrown off especially during crunch time, but I was personally not too badly bothered by it. Some work as a TD can get repetitive and stale, but that is alright as long as you take initiative to be involved in interesting studio projects.
