- nice and fun coworkers - flexible hours - easy for other people to pick up your shifts - easy to pick up extra shifts

Minpunten

- you probably won't get overtime - management has questionable reasoning skills - overall not organized - you will either go and make $10 in tips or $200 and its pretty random
