Fake promises Salary never on time. The expected salary date -10th of every month. Don't deliver even that on time. Common to get salary only around 15th. The only thing matters- complete 9 hours a day. Penalty for coming late, nothing for working overtime Not a single permanent employee here, everyone is and stays on contract Incentives are false-promises. None given incebtive Total hire and fire culture No vision or planning for future Only 6 paid holidays a year!
