I recently joined DTEX, and it's been an exciting time to be here. There's a lot of growth and opportunity to learn and try new things, which makes every day engaging and challenging in the best way possible.
One aspect I appreciate most is the level of ownership I have over my work. I'm trusted to make decisions and drive initiatives forward, which has been incredibly empowering for my professional development. The company provides everything you need to do your job effectively and if its not there you can make recommendations.
The best part of working at DTEX has been the people. My colleagues are genuinely passionate about what they do, and that energy is contagious. Beyond their expertise and dedication, they're kind, collaborative, and genuinely committed to the company's mission. It creates a positive work environment where you actually look forward to logging into work most days. I also appreciate, from my perspective that the executive team is very approachable and it doesn't feel like theres a hierarchy. I also think we have excellent benefits and compensation.
