Decent pay considering it was my first job

I was without my online account to view my timetable for months meaning my managers had to message me my timetable at the start of the week, and often it would be changed without me being notified Management were almost non existent at times and several long term employees told me about how previous members of staff were bullied by management Till staff were forced to meet a silly quota of people signing up to email updates
