Pay is so bad - Dycom stock is up over 200% in the last 5 years and merit increases are between 3% to 3.5%. They see us as headcount and not as human being with families. They do not pay bonuses unless you're a manager or higher.
Resources are lean. They are not hiring or promoting in IT department.
Communication between departments could use a lot of work.
