Pluspunten
The energy here is amazing — most of the team is in their 20s, and everyone’s curious, driven, and constantly learning something new. It’s not one of those companies where you just do the same thing every day. If you have the hunger to grow, you’ll find plenty of support and resources to learn whatever you need. What I love most is that it’s not just “learn for the sake of learning.” You actually get to apply what you pick up — on client projects or internal work. The leadership really notices when you take initiative, and they give you space to explore. I came from bigger names like Wipro, Pragmasys, and TCS, but after a point, things just felt stagnant there. Here, it’s different — I feel challenged again. During my interview, I told that I wanted to switch because I wanted to learn and progress, and that’s exactly what’s happening now.
Minpunten
It can feel a bit fast-paced if you’re used to a slow, stable routine. You’ll have to take ownership from day one. If you’re just looking for comfort and predictability, this may not be your place. If you have no interest in what we do, don't even apply for job.
