The pay is below average for the industry. The place is full of Christian zealots, so if you like that thing great, if they find out that you aren't, be prepared for a rough time. Petty narrow minded workers and management with incompetence at all levels. Very sexist people there. I have personally seen women be sexually harassed on multiple occasions. Managers texting inappropriate pictures to women and even so much as denying advancement telling workers they don't want anyone to think that the female worker would be sleeping their way to the top. Even when attention was brought to the matter nothing happened. These same managers ended up dating their subordinates. If you want to be a member of upper management be prepared to attend their religious indoctrination for a men only retreat, all to attain a special ring. This doesn't apply for all but, for many of them. Lack of training for leadership and an incredibly lazy attitude by leadership is like a cancer there. YOU ARE EXPENDIBLE. Don't expect constructive feedback or an open line of honest communication. What you should expect are fake promises and hope with diminishing returns. If you must go there, get what you want and get out. There are much better places to work.
