I don't have any 'Cons' after working for this company for 5 years

DMA was one of the best employers I've had, their benefits packages were competitive and opt-out options were awesome. The HR staff was great and every single member of the management team was very transparent as to what was going on, which in a contracting environment is key. I loved working for them and the CEO is a great guy. Training is important to them, as is a family feel. Absolutely awesome employer.

There aren't any I can attribute to the company, I would have stayed if I could have!
